No sound in the videos?
This problem is typically with an Iphone, and caused when the ring tone is set to off (mute). Because this will also set the sound in the videos to off.
To get the sound back, unmute the ring tones phone on the side of the phone, and the sound in the videos will come back again.
How do we reset the course, so we can start over?
If you are in process with the exercises and you wish to start over, it is very easy to do that in the app.
Go to the app – on the top at the right there is a round icon, which you can press and the course will restart. When you press the icon, you will be asked to confirm, that you wish to start over again. If you confirm this, the course will be reset and you can now start over again.
