Start a shared exploration of Tantra for Couples
This app contains a set of classical tantric exercises for singles and couples. The exercises are structured into a 4 week course, where you will be guided through 2 or 3 exercises every second day, or roughly 3 times per week for 4 weeks.
During this course you will be given some questions to reflect upon after each exercise. You can reflect either individually or together as a couple.
The exercises er adjusted to our western way of thinking and understanding of tantra. For this reason, every one, no matter what age or background, can benefit and learn from this collection of simple but very efficient exercises.
Overview of the exercises:
Exercises for singles:
- Create connection to love and sexuality.
- Create flow in the body.
- Circulate the energy.
Exercises for couples:
- Create contact and meet each other.
- Circulate sexual energy.
- Play with energy and expression.
- Fight for love.
- Devote yourself to your partner.
4 week course:
For the first week, you will both be doing the exercises for singles individually. When doing the exercises individually, you will slowly discover a deeper understanding of your body, self-love and energy, that will help you when working with the exercises for couples.
For this week you can start doing the exercises for couples. When doing the exercises, please also notice what happens in each of you, and also the energy between you. The exercises for couple can provoke you a bit, and if feelings or earlier experiences come to your awareness, then try to give each room for each other and for yourself, in order to investigate and allow these experiences as well.
In the third week you will be doing a subset of the exercises for singles together in the same room. We invite you to be curious of what happens in your, when your partner is in the same room as yourself and doing the same exercises. If you have the time and energy, feel free to continue with the exercises for couples that follow the first set of exercises.
For the last week, we will be going deeper into contact, energy, sexuality and healing. During this week you can also set some time to share some of your insights and realisations, that you not during the course.
Reflect on the exercises:
After each of the 12 steps, you will get 3-4 questions for reflection, that you can meditate upon, either individually or together.
The questions for reflection are intended to support you individually and as a couple to create a deeper connection to yourself.
Examples: ”Where in your body can you feel energy right now?”/”How do you feel the contact to your partner after the exercises?”
Your benefit after the 4 week course:
It is optional to do the 4 week course. If you decide to follow this course, you will be given 2-3 exercises every second day, for a total of 10-15 minutes. By doing these exercises, both of you will be investing in creating a deeper connection and intimacy between you.
After the 4 week course, you will experience:
- Better feeling for your body.
- Closer contact to energy, inspiration and joy of life.
- Deeper and more honest contact between you.
- More passion and sensuality.
Introduction to Tantra.
To help you get the most of these exercises, we have included an introduction where the most important subjects are described, that will be helpfull when going deeper into Tantra for couples.
We have amongst other subjects addressed:
- The importance of breathing.
- Being present and attentive.
- How you can include the energetic experiences into the exercises.
In the app you will also find articles about tantra for couples, and different perspectives for you as a couple when exploring tantra and conscious sexuality.
These articles will be updated on an ongoing basis, and you will therefor find new content regularly.
